Frequently asked questions
We accept every refundable beverage container sold in Alberta — aluminum cans, glass and plastic bottles, juice and milk cartons, plant-based drink cartons, bag-in-box, Tetra Paks, and drink pouches. If it had a deposit when you bought it, we'll refund it.
Yes. Booking a free pickup costs you nothing. You keep the full container refund and we cover the cost of coming to collect your bottles and cans.
You can book a pickup for any available time at least one hour from now. Just choose a date and time on the booking page and we'll confirm it.
No sorting required. Bag up your containers however is easiest. If you happen to know roughly how many bags you have, you can add that when booking — but it's completely optional.
Book a bottle drive pickup, collect containers with your team or group, and we come pick them up. We count everything and the full refund goes straight back to your organization. Teams also get free pizza when their drive is picked up (terms and conditions apply).
Absolutely. We collect containers from community events, festivals, fundraisers, sports tournaments, and corporate gatherings — before or after your event. Book an event pickup and we'll handle the empties.
We provide free pickup across all of Edmonton, plus surrounding communities including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Beaumont, and Spruce Grove. Not sure if you're in range? Just contact us and ask.
